"Dota2" Ti9 to Hold Shanghai Municipal Government: Full Support

At the "Dota2" 2018 International Invitational Competition, Valve announced that the "Dota2" 2019 International Invitational Competition will be held at Mercedes Benz Cultural Center in Shanghai, China. 

Shanghai deputy mayor Weng Tiehui said Shanghai will give full support to hosting the tournament: "Good morning, everyone, Dota2 and E-mail fans. On behalf of the Shanghai Municipal Government and 24 million Shanghai residents, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Valve for choosing Shanghai to host next year's Dota2 Finals, and Shanghai will give full support to hosting the tournament. 

I'm in the Expo Park in Pudong, Shanghai. The 2019 Dota2 Finals will be held at the Mercedes-Benz Cultural Center behind me. Next year, let's gather in Shanghai to look forward to the splendid Dota2 event. Welcome to Shanghai TI9 Dota2 International Invitational Competition! "
